[V/RENDER] Megumi Katou

My first .png upload! I've been thinking about whether to share my vectors backgroundless and I think I just will. They will all be very high quality retraced images with personal touches. I really just love delivering quality and I dislike hiding it behind something such as a paywall to get them. Instead, I'll take the risk of people being an ass or a saint. 

This one was a request from someone on /w/ and I spend my weekend working on it and finishing it. My main focus here was to make sure all the lines are entirely flawless. I normally don't pay that much attention and just do as I go and fix stuff when I see them, although I've become much, much cleaner with time. I'll be uploading more of my stuff, old and new and fix the old ones if they have some issues.
